| Esteemed Vatra Episcopate Hierarchs, Clergy and Church Members:
Some of you have received the attached “Open Letter” signed by 31 lay leaders of the Vatra Episcopate, in which they ask for more facts and evidence in regards to the possibility of our Episcopate placing itself under the jurisdiction of the Church of Romania. The following facts, evidence and information are presented as a contribution to this process. (The “Open Letter” is also available on the website www.roeanews.info , a website established by concerned Episcopate members.) |

| We started this website in the Fall of 2008, but didn’t publicize it until 2 months ago. In spite of this, we have had thousands of visitors and over one hundred articles and comments in that period of time. What is extraordinary is the fact that we have not yet received any Orthodox argument for unity under Bucharest. | |||

PRAYER OF ST. EPHREMO Lord and Master of my life, leave me not with the spirit of laziness, of despair, of domination, or idle words. Rather, give me, your servant, the spirit of integrity, of humility, of patience, and of love. Thus, Lord, grant me the wisdom to see my own faults, and not condemn my brother; for You are blessed, now and forever. Amen. OUR FATHEROur Father, who are in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. |
